 Exchange Policy

 Exchange Policy for Traditional Andaaz

Thank you for shopping at Traditional Andaaz. This Exchange Policy outlines our procedures for exchanges of products purchased on our website.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • We offer exchanges for eligible products within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us at +91 7087277168 within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, clear photos of product damage, a brief 360-degree opening parcel video without any editing and cuts, and a brief reason for the exchange of the product. Without a 360-degree video of the opening parcel, No complaints shall be entertained. 

Once your exchange request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Once we receive the exchanged item and verify its eligibility for an exchange, we will process the for the new item and it may reach you in another 7-10 business days  

3. Basic Exchange Issues

 a. Product Torn or Stained

We strive to ensure that all products are in perfect condition before they are shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item (e.g., stained, or torn), please contact us immediately at +91 7087277168 or traditionalandaazbyayushi@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

b.Product Color Representation

We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products on the Website. However, please be aware that the actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings, device screen resolution, and lighting conditions during product photography.

We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true color of the product. Therefore, slight variations in color between the product images displayed on the Website and the actual product received may occur.

Color discrepancies will not be considered our fault and will not qualify for an exchange. We encourage you to refer to the product descriptions and images provided on the Website for the most accurate representation of the product's color

To request an exchange due to a damaged or defective item, please provide your order number, a description of the damage, a clear  360-degree opening parcel video, and photos of the damage. We will assess the damage and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Size exchanges will only be allowed if we delivered the wrong size. If you received the correct size but have concerns about the fit, please refer to our size guide before making a purchase. Complaints about size will not be entertained if you received the correct size as ordered

4.  Non-Exchangable Items

We understand that normal wear and tear may occur over time with regular use of our products. However, items that have only minor thread wear and tear, such as loose threads or minor fraying, will not be considered eligible for exchange.

Before contacting us for an exchange, we kindly ask that you carefully inspect the item for any significant defects or damages beyond minor thread wear.

If you believe the item has a manufacturing defect or damage beyond normal wear and tear, please follow our procedures for exchanges as outlined in section 2 (Exchange Process). 

 6. Exchange Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
